Limitation of Liability Agreement

  1. Users agree to hold SpaceMed™, www.spacemed.com, HA Ventures, and Hayward & Associates LLC and its principals and employees harmless from any claims of liability arising from the direct or indirect use of SpaceMed workbook and CD-ROM and any information exchanged therein.

  2. The SpaceMed Guide (also known as SpaceMed2004) is intended as a guide, not as a replacement for due diligence on the part of any user.

  3. SpaceMed and the above named parties will accept no liability for losses or damages incurred by any user of the SpaceMed Guide workbook and CD-ROM.

No part of the workbook may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, scanning, or otherwise, except as permitted under Sections 107 or 108 of the 1976 United States Copyright Act, without prior written permission of Hayward & Associates LLC.

  6. All information provided on the Order Form will be strictly confidential. No information submitted will be used for commercial purposes. Email addresses will be used solely for notification of the shipping date, addendums/updates, and the transmission of the optional SpaceMed Newsletter (as requested).

  8. Your payment constitutes your acceptance of these terms.
